“ The Gold Package” is great for a big Babyshower, 30th birthday party or event of your choice, seats up to 72 guests with Head of table/Focal Area and up to 12 Table Set Up Includes: •Entryway Decor (Balloon Tunnel, Picture Arch, Drape Arch etc;) • Premium Table linen set up for up to 12 tables includes: •12 centerpieces based upon event •Premium linen napkins •table runners •sashes and chair covers (if needed •charger plates with custom inserts Or menus •drinking glasses w/wine glasses • cutlery 1 Treat table including: •Themed backdrop with curtains •Balloon Columns with toppers •Your choice of (3) Custom Party Favors (A dozen per favor such as mini wine bottles, water bottles, Hershey Bar, Chipbags etc) •4 Candy dishes(candy included) •Cupcakes Matching theme • Half dozen custom cookies matching theme/colors •Your choice of (1) chocolate covered item (such as strawberries, Rice Krispie treats, pretzels,apples etc a half dozen per treat) Picture Area with (1)Custom 8x8 backdrop w/curtains and 5x5 matching floor decal •1 tablecloth for gift table •(2) tablecloths for food •Customized welcome sign •(4) Marquee Letters Or (2) Numbers •Head of the table Set Up w/ Luxury Seating (Two Throne chairs, Loveseat or seating that ties in with theme) Add ons: $85 per additional table set up $80 per extra Marquee Letter/Number Additional Party Favors (prices varies based on favor) Additional Backdrop and Or Upgrade Size (prices varies based on size) (If you would like to add on to package with any service of your liking when sending description include your add ons inquiries and an invoice will be sent for half of service amount) 🚨🚨 AFTER booking email: alejodianecreationsllc@yahoo.com with name you booked under, are the tables rectangle or round in the venue/at event location,your choice of custom beverages/favors with the wording you’ll like and picture you’ll prefer, colors/theme of the event, marquee letters/numbers you’ll prefer (you’re more than welcome to get a full name if requested which will be an extra cost) and any other pertinent information you’ll think would be needed 🚨PLEASE keep in mind that this set up can take up to 3-4 hours so be mindful when booking for accurate amount of time for set up🚨 **nonrefundable deposit of $1,600 due upon booking (Must book atleast 2-3weeks in advance, and set up time atleast 2-3 hours prior to event start time) 🚨Remaining Balance is DUE DAY BEFORE EVENT by;cash app🚨
Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellations and or rescheduling must be done no later than 5 days before event. Nonrefundable deposit will not be given back unless it’s business owners fault of cancellation and or reschedule. You may reschedule a event up to once (1) within correct timeframe if time/ date youll like is available
